Symptoms Type 1 diabetes

Type 1 diabetes:

Because the disease usually before the 40th Age begins, this is described as "juvenile diabetes". Since the body's own insulin production is completely stopped, the cells can not absorb more glucose.

The cause is attributed to an autoimmune disease, disorder, are important in the self-antigens by the immune system mistakenly as "foreign"is detected. This in turn release from an autoimmune reaction, which is directed against the insulin-producing cells. The vital insulin must be replaced in any case.
 

Symptoms

Type 1 diabetes occurs in adolescents and young adults, most lean or underweight are even. The following symptoms have a severely elevated blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) through:

     * tiredness, apathy
     * Frequent urination
     * increased thirst
     * Dry skin and itching
     * blurred vision
     * Slow-healing wounds
     * infections of the genital
     * Weight loss
     * sweet taste in the mouth
     * urinary tract infections
     * Unintentional weight loss

Rising blood sugar levels can always continue to lose people with diabetes awareness and falling into a diabetic coma. In addition, treatment with insulin is essential to life!
A diabetic coma develops slowly over hours or days, but can be avoided by a more adequate therapy.
